Payment Terms——MaxHub

MaxHub is a wholesale and supply chain platform operated by
Maxport Global Sdn Bhd.

All payments for goods and services are subject to the following terms:

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer (Online Transfer / IBG / DuitNow)
• Other approved payment methods (if applicable)

2. Payment Terms

• Standard payment terms: Full payment upon delivery (COD) or advance payment before delivery
• Orders will only be processed or dispatched upon payment confirmation (for bank transfer orders)

3. Bank Transfer Details

• Customers are required to provide proof of payment after transfer
• Orders will only be released once payment is verified

4. Credit Terms (If Applicable)

• Credit terms may be granted to approved customers only
• Credit period: 7–30 days (subject to agreement)
• Credit limits may be imposed

5. Late Payment

• Late payments may be subject to interest
• MaxHub reserves the right to:
  • Suspend further deliveries
  • Cancel pending orders
  • Revoke credit terms

6. Ownership

All goods remain the property of MaxHub until full payment is received.

7. Payment Disputes

• Any dispute must be raised promptly
• Undisputed amounts must still be paid in full

8. Right to Amend

MaxHub reserves the right to revise payment terms at
