Delivery Policy——MaxHub

MaxHub is a wholesale and supply chain platform operated by
Maxport Global Sdn Bhd,
providing delivery services for business customers across Malaysia.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within:

• Kuala Lumpur
• Selangor

For areas outside Klang Valley, delivery can be arranged subject to transportation charges.

2. Minimum Order for Delivery

• Delivery within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor is available for orders of RM1,500 and above
• Orders below the minimum amount may not be eligible for delivery or may require additional charges

3. Delivery Method

• All deliveries are made to store/location only
• Customers are responsible for receiving and checking goods upon delivery

4. Delivery Charges

• Kuala Lumpur & Selangor: Free delivery for orders meeting the minimum requirement (RM1,500)
• Outstation / Outside Klang Valley:
  Delivery fees will be calculated based on distance (per kilometer basis)

5. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery timeframe: 24–48 hours after order confirmation
• Delivery timing may vary depending on order size, location, and logistics conditions

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues (e.g. no recipient, incorrect address):

• Additional delivery charges may apply
• Redelivery must be arranged separately

7. Risk & Responsibility

Goods are considered delivered once received at the designated location.
Customers are responsible for verifying quantity and condition upon receipt.
